This month we have coffee from Nanaimo, BC from Regard Coffee Roasters! They have 2 locations in Nanaimo. They have amazing blends from Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Peru!
This month you'll be trying their Peru - La Palestina. La Palestina is the largest farm in the Origin Coffee Lab network, with 11 hectares split across seven parcels. The family collectively picks and processes coffee during the harvest to maximize efficiency. They each have their specializations within the cultivation and processing chain. Enjoy tasting notes of Green Apple, Butterscotch, and Mint Chocolate Chip.
